Chef Louis is the chef, and a five star one, at the Gallagher Academy. He used to be the chef at the white house before an unfortunate incident involving Fluffy (the First Poodle), a gastronomical chemical agent, and some very questionable cheese. This incident was resolved by a Gallagher Girl so he repays the favor by working at the Gallagher Academy. He is also known for his creme brulee.
At least one time in every book, Cammie praises Chef Louis for his creme brulee. In OSOT, Cammie was allowed to have as much creme brûlée as she wanted but even she said that it gets tiring after a while.
