Preston Winters is the son of Governor Winters who was to be the president of the Us, later Ambassador Winters, who was working with Senator James McHenry.
Personality and Appearance[]
Preston is described as a dork, even wearing a Spiderman watch. He is described to have a thin frame, looking like a kid playing dress-up. Cammie does say that he has a personality that most hot nerds aquire over time. In OSOT, however he is noted to have filled out and look even hotter.
In OSOT, it is revealed that Cammie was with him during her trip to Rome. It is possible (but unlikely) that the two had a romantic relationship, seeing how Preston said he was wishing for fireworks that summer, and he got them. He also learns from Cammie what the Gallagher Academy really is and knows the main idea of Cammie's situation.
In UWS, Bex said that Preston has "nice abs"

Macey McHenry[]
Macey is the Senator's daughter, so she was forced into spending time with him. Cammie does note that Preston would be the only person in the same situation as Macey. Although Preston is seen as eager to spend time with her, she wants nothing to do with him. They eventually even kiss, and Macey calls him a "secret boyfriend". They don't talk after he leaves for Rome, but you can tell that he still has feelings for her.
Cameron 'Cammie' Morgan[]
Preston is seen to be friendly to her in DJGC, however, he isn't seen to like her. In OSOT, it is revealed that Cammie was with him during her trip to Rome. It is not positive (but possible) that the two had a romantic relationship, seeing how Preston said he was wishing for fireworks that summer, and he got them. He also learns from Cammie what the Gallagher Academy really is and knows the main idea of Cammie's situation. Apparently, the situation was close enough to make Zach jealous. Even Preston's father thinks they are together (in OSOT).
